White sugar - the sweet danger. Well camouflaged, hidden everywhere, and extremely unhealthy for our system.

Unfortunately, white sugar is E V E R Y W H E R E !
Sugar has many names and is consciously “hidden” in a lots of products.
Sugar is a highly processed and rient-free substance, it provides NO fiber, vitamins nor minerals.
Sugar causes obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, it destroys the intestinal flora, promotes inflammation and dental caries, weakens the immune system, leads to wrinkles as well as hyperactivity in children...
AND: it's ADDICTIVE !!
We know that candys and lemonades are high in sugar. However, it is also found in products where we would not expect it to be in.
The endings –OSE (like sucrose, fructose, glucose) or –SYRUP (like malt syrup) is sugar. There are over 70 different names meanwhile to mislead the consumer.
ALWAYS be aware and read carefully the ingredient list. Try to avoid sugar AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE !
